The Salt Marsh Wellness Sanctuary

Set at the edge of the tidal wetlands, the Salt Marsh Wellness Sanctuary is a quiet, nature-inspired retreat in Greenport on the North Fork, reserved exclusively for guests of Silver Sands. Rooted in the rhythms of land and sea, it invites guests to slow down, move, reconnect, and return to a more natural flow. Each reservation is held for one party at a time, granting exclusive access to the entire wellness bungalow and the freedom to move through the experience in complete privacy.

A steam room, panoramic hybrid sauna, cold plunge, and light filled lounge open onto unobstructed views of the marsh. A private treatment room hosts massage and facial treatments designed for deep relaxation, while the sanctuary’s lounge transforms into an intimate studio for yoga, breathwork, sound immersion, and guided movement.

OSEA is used exclusively throughout the sanctuary, woven into both treatments and the hydrotherapy experience, reflecting a shared commitment to sustainability and a deep connection to place through high integrity, sustainably sourced, seaweed based ingredients.
