Plato’s Beach House draws its name from the ancient philosopher, renowned for his love of both the sea and the stars. As the largest residence on the property, it’s designed as a gathering spot for families and friends, fostering shared meal and new memories amidst the allure of Silver Sands.
The home is at one with its magnificent location, full of color and personality, reflecting the joyful spirit of Silver Sands. Throughout the house the interiors take their cues from the resplendent light and colors of the North Fork, where a range of blues, both dazzling and subtle, transitions into a spectacular symphony of pink, yellow, green and coral at sunset.
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests, including adults and children. Plato’s Beach House may be rented together with Plato’s Hideaway to accommodate 2 additional guests, for a total of 8 guests across both properties. Sleeping on sofas or in the media room is not permitted. Pets are not allowed.

As the name suggests, Casa de Buddy embodies a relaxed and irreverent atmosphere, fostering a longing for a time of carefree decadence and risk-taking. Imagine Plato’s Beach House as the summer haven for your somewhat cerebral, but effortlessly cool parents, while Casa de Buddy is all about carefree fun and nostalgia, a stylish haven that could only belong to your funky uncle, who always knew how to keep the party going.
